Kate Jolly is what happens when fifteen years of agency, freelance, and founder experience meet a creative all-rounder who actually likes people. I write copy that sounds like the best version of you on a good day, because joyful and serious aren't opposites, and good words bring us all together.
I trained as a copywriter, burnt out in agency land, went freelance, and then made... a choice. I opened a flower shop with no industry experience and zero connections.
But I did know how to build a brand voice. So I went hard against the grain of what every other florist was doing, and it worked. Within a year I was doing the AFL finals flowers, landing $30,000+ contracts, and working with clients that I’m still in touch with today.
Along the way, I built a second business, had two babies, lived through COVID, and eventually came back to the thing I'd always loved most: writing.
And now I’m here with you. And I’m so glad! I built Find Your Voice because I've lived both sides of this. I know what it's like to write in a voice that isn't yours, and I know exactly what it takes to find your way back to the one that is.
